THE WATCHER has just got an internet release through Mark Reid's RENDERYARD, an excellent short film platform for us (although they do deal in lots of other film area's too - see below).  THE WATCHER is a sister project to the play RANK: A Tale from Paradise Heights   http://www.talesfromparadiseheights.com/rank.html.  If you saw DIANE'S DELI http://www.talesfromparadiseheights.com/dianes-deli.html recently you will have heard mention of Danny the 'mad man' who lives under the railway arch in Paradise Heights. Well in THE WATCHER you get to meet Danny (played by David Edward Robertson) and you find out just what sent Danny over the edge.  The film will be released - free to view - over the next week, stay tuned for links that you can view and share.

Thanks to Jon Williams (writer/producer on Diary of a Bad Lad) for championing The Watcher and persuading Mark Reid of RENDERYARD to view it; he liked it so it's now out there - a great advert for the series as a whole.   RENDERYARD have platforms across a number of outlets, they include Love Film, HMV, Play.com, Blinkbox, HULU, SnagFilms, Dailymotion and more.

The film is a new cut, with additional footage and added cinema grain thanks to the efforts of DOP and editor Colin Warhurst.
