STOP PRESS: Crack'd Creative to Perform Stand Up Sto-etry @ PARADOX @ FUEL, Withington, Saturday 14th September
It's a STORY! No it's POETRY...erm, it could be called an amalgamation - or more likely an abomination. Anyway if you want to see me making another fool of myself reciting the poetry (or Noetry if you don't like it) shown elsewhere on this site http://www.talesfromparadiseheights.com/noetry-corner.html, get yourselves to FUEL in WITHINGTON on Saturday night, a varied night of music and poetry 8pm - 1 am. Oh and it's FREE, oh and NEIL BELL wil be doin' a bit too and he's dead good...so get down there, always a great night these...Jx

More known for his writing in his creation Tales from Paradise Heights, Joe enjoys working on projects away from the Heights too.
In 2012 he collaborated with REEL Manchester, writing the one act play KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON (Joe's philosopy - but more importantly the title of the play set in a Salford World War2 Bunker on the run up to the Salford Blitz). The play was performed by THE LOWER KERSAL YOUNG PEOPLE'S GROUP and was enthusiastically recieved by a sell out 400 strong audience at The Lowry Quays Theatre. The play returned to another sell out night at The Quays this year and looks set to become an annual event.
The first two clips below are from a BBC RADIO Manchester interview with Joe recorded in late December 2010, they give you a little more of what Joe, and indeed Tales from Paradise Heights, is all about.
