Many of you will be aware that there's a fantastic theatre festival going on at the moment at The Lass O'Gowrie in Manchester, BLADE RUNNER was due to be part of that festival, however the play has been postponed until April, an announcement from Gareth Kavanagh,Producer of the Festival is below.  Castings continued for the show yesterday and I can confirm that there is an absolutely amazing cast in place for BLADE RUNNER so far, it's all good news as this show will now be given the breathing space to create a vivid and memorable theatre experience.  I'll be making further announcements on that soon...watch this space, in the meantime here is Gareth's announement.

Dear all. Due to seasonal illness which has laid our director and technical team low, we have taken the reluctant decision to postpone BLADE RUNNER until April. We would rather do this and make sure the final product is every bit as perfect as we would like it rather than rush something out.

I am thrilled to announce though, we have a fine replacement in the shape of Joe O'Byrne's latest excellent I'MFRANK MORGAN, reinterpreted by Director Ian Curley, which will be in exactly the same slots as Blade Runner. This is a first for the Lass and we're very pleased to be able to showcase it in Lassfest.

The new dates for Blade Runner are April 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th. See you then I hope.
GARETH KAVANAGH, LASS FEST PRODUCER

Obviously Ian Curley and myself are delighted to be bringing the re-interpreted tale of Paradise Heights own Devil Incarnate to LASS FEST.  It's the third run of this new version of the  show following on from its unanimously well reviewed runs at THE OCTAGON THEATRE, Bolton and THE BLACK LION in Salford.  We're even more delighted that there will be two performances a day.  I'M FRANK MORGAN will run from Wednesday 30th January, through each day to Saturday 2nd February, shows each day at 6.30pm and 9.00 pm.  Hope to see you there!

Below is a trailer from The Black Lion run of the show, obviously this time you will find us at the fabulous LASS O'GOWRIE, 36 Charles Street, Manchester M1 7D - close to the old BBC on Oxford Road and five minutes walk from Oxford Road Railway station.  The LASS was last year crowned BRITAIN'S BEST PUB, so come and join us for a pint and a play.
