It's the meeting you've all been waiting for!  Like Tyson Fury meeting Anthony Joshua (with a few less punches) or even Frank Morgan meeting Vito Corleone, or Star Trek meeting Star Wars - all these are mentioned in this EPIC Podcast, this episode talking all about favourite Top Three Sequels.

Listen on for the link farther down below - and there's loads of brilliant past episodes you can listen to.

WARNING: It's highly addictive, like Audio Crack - one bite and you've got to get your next fix.

What is Top Three Podcast?

Top Three is a lighthearted and funny podcast where two friends get together to share and debate their top three picks on any random subjects. From films and snacks to awkward life moments and guilty pleasures, no topic is off limits. With plenty of humour, friendly banter and unexpected choices, it's a fun, easy listen that invites the audience to laugh along and think about their own top three favourites.  It is presented by Donna Hill, Suzanne Mills and Carolyn Mason - three complete mad heads, and the laughter is infectious. Perfect for anyone who enjoys a mix of nostalgia, humour and friendly competition - and it REGULARLY gets naughty - so make sure the kids aren't listening! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

STOP PRESS!   Top Three Podcast Presenter joins Tales from Paradise Heights!

I'm absolutely buzzing to announce that Top Three Podcast presenter Donna Hill (Acting name Donna Henry) is joining - or rejoining - Tales from Paradise Heights.  Donna and I worked together many times in years gone by, she featured in the original short film (before it became a play) I'm Frank Morgan and she also starred in Lookin' For Lucky.

Donna has also appeared on TV in dramas, soaps and in feature films.  Well after a near 16 year acting hiatus Donna has the acting bug again.  She's an incredible performer, powerful and nuanced and bursting with presence, especially live.

I initially approached her to appear in my new play,
The Haunting of Widow's Leap Farm - so you'll see her when the play premiers on the 26th of July at Burnley Mechanics Theatre.  For more details on that play and venues/dates visit elsewhere on this site at the link below:

Tickets for Burnley are moving really fast for this deep dive into horror territory, this show will not be for the faint of heart, it's thriller, murder mystery, and a Paradise Heights dip into folk horror. Strictly Adults Only. Booking link below:

The really exciting news is Donna is also now playing the lead role of Lisa MacGeehan in Rank: A Tale from Paradise Heights from next month.  She's taking over from the brilliant Jeni Williams - who is still a huge part of the Paradise Heights family and Jeni will still be appearing in The Bench: A Tale from Paradise Heights, it's just that life gets busy and it's impossible for Jeni to commit to so much.

You can catch The Bench at The Floral Pavilion, New Brighton, Wirral on the 16th of May - booking link below:

www.floralpavilion.com/event/the-bench/

- and in my hometown of Bolton at The Octagon for 4 performances between the 28th and 30th May - but move fast for Bolton as tickets are moving really fast - booking link below:

For more on The Bench visit elsewhere on this site at this link:

Donna has the bull by the horns and is already producing brilliant work in rehearsals for Rank.  For more on Rank visit elsewhere on site at the link below:

Look out for the show at The Met in Bury on the 22nd of May (ticket link below)

- and at Buxton Opera House Arts and Culture Centre on Sunday 14th June - booking link below:

See the sliding gallery below for upcoming shows.

And finally, I enjoyed Top Three Podcast so much that I'll be back with Donna and Carolyn next week talking Under Rated Films, so make sure you listen when it's released next week.

Big thanks as ever to all of our wonderful audiences, the all of the fantastic theatres and the hard working reviewers.  Keep dropping in to Tales from Paradise Heights, it's going to be a really exciting year ahead.
